Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Landscaping Supervisor to join our team at Yardman Landscaping Ltd. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our landscaping team, ensuring that all projects are completed to the highest standard.

Key Responsibilities
  • Hiring and Supervision: Recruit, train, and supervise a team of landscapers to ensure that they have the necessary skills and knowledge to perform their duties effectively.
  • Project Management: Plan and direct the planting of trees, gardens, and lawns, as well as the maintenance of existing landscaping features.
  • Contract Administration: Tender and administer contracts for landscaping services, ensuring that all work is completed to the required standard.
  • Supply Chain Management: Requisition or order materials, equipment, and supplies as needed to support landscaping operations.
  • Performance Monitoring: Monitor the performance of the landscaping team, identifying areas for improvement and implementing changes as necessary.
Requirements
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
  • Experience: 1 to less than 7 months
  • Language: English
  • Work Hours: 40 hours per week
