Position Overview

As a Landscape Operations Supervisor at JAWANDA LANDSCAPING LTD., you will play a pivotal role in overseeing our landscaping projects and ensuring the highest standards of service and quality.

Qualifications
  • Education: Completion of secondary (high) school graduation certificate or equivalent experience is required.
Work Environment

This position primarily involves working outdoors, providing you with the opportunity to engage with nature while managing projects.

Key Responsibilities
  • Recruit, manage, and schedule staff effectively.
  • Coordinate the planting of trees, gardens, and lawns to enhance outdoor spaces.
  • Organize and oversee events, programs, and activities related to landscaping.
  • Develop work schedules and manage daily operations.
  • Plan and direct the maintenance of grounds to ensure they are well-kept.
  • Estimate labor and material requirements for various projects.
  • Supervise and manage landscape construction activities to ensure quality and compliance.
Experience Requirements

We are looking for candidates with 1 to less than 7 months of relevant experience in landscaping or a related field. This is a permanent position with a commitment to excellence.

Working Conditions

The role requires a dedication of 30 to 40 hours per week, with a focus on delivering outstanding results in a dynamic outdoor environment.
