Position Overview: As a key member of the team, the Packaging Engineering Coordinator will report directly to the Packaging Engineering Project Manager. This role focuses on the innovation of packaging solutions that align with product introductions and the integration of new machinery.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Design and implement new packaging solutions across all manufacturing locations.
  2. Offer packaging knowledge and assistance to the engineering project manager and various stakeholders.
  3. Oversee SAP master data associated with packaging and finished goods.
  4. Engage proactively with diverse teams to uphold consistency across production facilities.
  5. Coordinate timelines to guarantee timely project completion.
  6. Address and follow up on inquiries from internal teams regarding production challenges, testing with R&D, and more.
  7. Contribute to the ongoing enhancement of processes, databases, and packaging utilization to drive cost efficiency.
  8. Assist the master data management team with the SAP setup for new product lines.
Required Skills and Qualifications
  1. Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering, Industrial Engineering Techniques, or a related field.
  2. One to three years of relevant experience in project management.
  3. Familiarity with SAP, Microsoft Office Suite, and AutoCAD.
  4. Strong analytical and decision-making capabilities.
  5. Ability to work autonomously as well as collaboratively within a team.
  6. Demonstrated rigor and organization in work execution.
