The Records Auditor will report directly to the Vice President of Asset Management.Key Performance Indicators / Duties & Responsibilities:
- Diligently maintain and update aircraft records in compliance with company policies and regulatory standards.
- Oversee monthly monitoring of on-lease assets and provide quarterly forecasts for components nearing their due dates.
- Conduct thorough audits of aircraft technical records.
- Develop work scopes for aircraft being prepared for leasing and implement changes based on customer requests to MRO.
- Create and revise aircraft audit templates applicable to various aircraft types.
- Update aircraft MRB/AD compliance reports with all task reports, including work order/work card numbers for each task.
- Ensure that on-lease assets meet all maintenance requirements as per Lessee obligations.- Provide forecasts for maintenance tasks and life-limited parts necessary for on-lease aircraft.
- Assist in preparing documentation for the import and export of aircraft into or out of Canada.
- Offer technical support and guidance to visiting clients regarding records reviews and planning programs.
- Exhibit proven capability and expertise in records auditing.
- Demonstrate proficiency in the Windows Office suite and similar applications.
- Possess a solid foundational knowledge of aircraft systems.
- Have a minimum of 5 years of experience in aircraft maintenance or records auditing.
