- Inventory Management: Manage inventory levels, receive and process shipments, and maintain accurate inventory records.
- Merchandising: Plan and implement visual merchandising displays and maintain a visually appealing store environment.
- Reporting and Analysis: Prepare and submit regular sales reports and analyze sales data to identify trends and opportunities for improvement.
- Training and Development: Provide training and coaching to sales associates to ensure they have the skills and knowledge needed to succeed in their roles.
- Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
- Experience: 7 months to less than 1 year of experience in a retail or customer service role.
- Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, ability to work in a fast-paced environment, and strong problem-solving skills.
