Job Summary

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Administrative Assistant to join our team at INFOMASTER TECH. As an Administrative Assistant, you will be responsible for providing administrative support to our team, ensuring the smooth operation of our office.

Key Responsibilities
  • Administrative Support: Provide administrative support to our team, including answering phone calls, responding to emails, and maintaining records.
  • Scheduling: Schedule appointments, meetings, and events, and ensure that all necessary materials are prepared.
  • Communication: Communicate effectively with colleagues, clients, and vendors, both verbally and in writing.
  • Organizational Skills: Maintain accurate and up-to-date records, files, and databases, and ensure that all necessary documents are completed and submitted on time.
  • Technical Skills: Proficient in MS Excel, MS Word, and other office software, and able to learn new software and systems quickly.
Requirements
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in an administrative role.
  • Language: Fluency in English.
  • Availability: Available to work 40 hours per week.
