About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Analytics Analyst to join our team at the Department of Cyber Security and Digital Solutions. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for interpreting and analyzing web and content performance data to provide actionable insights that inform strategic decisions.

Key Responsibilities
  • Interpret and analyze web and content performance data to identify trends and areas for improvement
  • Develop and maintain reports and dashboards to communicate insights to stakeholders
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement data-driven recommendations
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in web analytics and data visualization
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Data Analytics, Statistics, Marketing, Business, or a related field
  • 3+ years of experience in web analytics, data analysis, or a related role
  • Proficiency in web analytics tools (e.g. Google Analytics, Adobe Analytics) and data visualization tools (e.g. Google Data Studio, Tableau, Power BI)
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to interpret complex data sets
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to convey data insights to non-technical stakeholders
Preferred Skills
  • Experience with SQL and database management
  • Familiarity with data analysis tools such as R or Python
  • Certification in Google Analytics or other relevant analytics certifications
