What is the opportunity?

The Co-op Reference Data Analyst, Data Management Operations in Bedford Nova Scotia will be responsible for supporting Data Shared Services in driving business process improvement.

What will you do?

- Gain a working knowledge of RBC's business classification elements
- Work as part of an agile team to achieve project goals related to business classification
- Collaborate with team members to identify opportunities to enhance processes
- Closely work with and respond to Stakeholders
- Respond to inquiries and access requests within standard SLA's
- Apply critical thought to existing tools, controls and processes; make recommendations and test solutions

What do you need to succeed?

- Ability to analyze and resolve data related issues
- Creative and analytical thinker who is self-driven
- Effective communications skills, both written and oral
- Ability to analyze and resolve complex data environments and related issues
- Proficient in Excel, Word, PowerPoint

Nice-to-have

- Reporting capabilities
- Basic working knowledge of SQL
- Effective presentation skills
- Strong skills in decision-making, analysis of data and information
