Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Data Analyst to drive business growth through data-driven insights. In this role, you will be responsible for analyzing complex data sets, managing data lineage, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure data quality and compliance.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and maintain data management processes to ensure data accuracy and integrity.
  • Analyze large data sets to identify trends and insights that inform business decisions.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to design and implement data visualizations and reports.
  • Stay up-to-date with emerging technologies and best practices in data management and analytics.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Data Science, Computer Science, or a related field.
  • 5+ years of experience in data management, data analysis, or a related field.
  • Hands-on experience with data governance and metadata management tools such as Collibra.
  • Experience with data manipulation and analysis tools such as Datameer, SQL.
  • Experience with Sarbanes Oxley (SOX) controls and compliance.
  • Data lakes (Azure Data Lake, AWS Lake Formation, or similar).
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Preferred Skills:
  • Proficiency in SQL, Python, or R for data analysis.
  • Experience with ETL processes and data integration.
  • Familiarity with data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI).
  • Understanding of metadata management and data governance best practices.
