Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated professional to fill the role of Data Analyst at Jay Analytix INC. In this position, you will be responsible for analyzing complex data sets, managing data lineage, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure data quality and compliance.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Data Analysis: Develop and maintain data analysis processes to extract insights from large data sets.
  • Data Governance: Ensure data quality and compliance by implementing data governance processes and best practices.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams to communicate data insights and drive business decisions.
Requirements:
  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Data Science, Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
  • Experience: 5+ years of experience in data management, data lineage capture, data analysis, or any other related data programs, with hands-on expertise in data lineage, governance processes, and data analysis.
  • Technical Skills: Proficiency in SQL, Python, or R for data analysis, experience with ETL processes and data integration, familiarity with data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI).
Soft Skills:
  • Communication: Excellent written and verbal communication skills to communicate effectively with both business and technology staff at different levels of seniority.
  • Problem-Solving: Strong problem-solving abilities to analyze complex data sets and drive business decisions.
