Key Responsibilities
  • Research and explore new travel destinations, accommodations, and amenities.
  • Effectively manage challenging situations with clients.
  • Promote and sell travel products and insurance.
  • Provide clients with essential travel information, including regulations, health requirements, and local attractions.
  • Handle cancellations and modifications to travel plans.
  • Utilize computerized reservation systems for booking transportation and accommodations.
  • Deliver comprehensive travel information regarding destinations, transport options, and costs.
Technical Skills
  • Proficient in travel software packages such as Galileo and Apollo.
  • Familiarity with MS Office applications.
Travel Expertise
  • Experience in managing business and international travel arrangements.
Safety and Security
  • Completion of a criminal record check.
  • Bondable status required.
Work Environment
  • Ability to meet tight deadlines.
  • Capable of performing repetitive tasks with attention to detail.
  • Ability to work under pressure while sitting for extended periods.
