Job Title: Food Service Supervisor

At Royal Garden, we are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Food Service Supervisor to join our team. As a key member of our culinary operations, you will be responsible for ensuring the highest standards of food quality, service, and customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Establish and implement efficient food preparation and service procedures to meet customer demands.
  • Supervise and train a team of food service staff to ensure they meet our high standards of quality and service.
  • Monitor inventory levels and manage food supplies to minimize waste and optimize costs.
  • Develop and implement quality control measures to ensure consistency and excellence in food preparation and presentation.
  • Collaborate with our culinary team to create innovative and delicious menu options that meet customer preferences.
  • Ensure that all food safety and sanitation procedures are followed to maintain a clean and healthy environment.
  • Manage customer complaints and feedback to ensure exceptional customer service.
  • Prepare and submit reports on food sales, inventory, and customer feedback to inform business decisions.
Requirements:
  • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • 1-2 years of experience in food service management or a related field.
  • Excellent leadership and communication skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and under pressure.
  • Flexibility to work varied shifts, including evenings and weekends.
