Food Service Supervisor

We are seeking a highly skilled Food Service Supervisor to join our team at Manchu Wok. As a key member of our restaurant operations team, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily activities of our food service staff, ensuring that our high standards of quality and customer service are consistently met.
Key Responsibilities- Staff Supervision: Supervise and coordinate the activities of our food service staff, including training and development to ensure they have the skills and knowledge required to perform their duties effectively.
- Menu Planning and Execution: Work with our culinary team to plan and execute menu items, ensuring that they meet our high standards of quality and presentation.
- Inventory Management: Manage inventory levels, including ordering and receiving supplies, to ensure that we have the necessary ingredients and materials to meet customer demand.
- Customer Service: Provide exceptional customer service, responding to customer complaints and feedback in a professional and timely manner.
- Reporting and Record Keeping: Prepare and submit reports on sales, inventory, and customer feedback, as well as maintain accurate records of staff performance and customer interactions.
- Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
- Experience: 2 years to less than 3 years of experience in a food service management role
- Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, ability to work in a fast-paced environment, and attention to detail
- Work Environment: Fast-paced restaurant environment
- Physical Demands: Ability to stand for long periods, lift up to 25 pounds, and work in a hot kitchen environment
