Position Overview:

We are seeking a dedicated Culinary Specialist to join our team at Salt N' Pepper Western and Asian Cuisine. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in food preparation and kitchen management, ensuring high standards of culinary excellence.

Qualifications:
  • Education: Completion of secondary (high) school graduation certificate is required.
  • Experience: A minimum of 1 to 2 years of relevant experience in a kitchen environment.

This role is situated in a vibrant restaurant setting located in a rural area, offering a unique culinary experience.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Order and manage food and kitchen supplies.
  • Prepare and cook a variety of meals and dishes.
  • Conduct inspections of kitchens and food service areas to maintain hygiene and safety standards.
  • Train and mentor kitchen staff in food preparation and cooking techniques.
  • Oversee kitchen staff and assistants to ensure efficient operations.
  • Maintain an organized inventory of food, supplies, and kitchen equipment.
  • Ensure cleanliness of kitchen and work areas.
  • Manage overall kitchen operations to deliver exceptional dining experiences.
