Position: Medical Associate

Role Overview:

We are in search of a committed Medical Associate to become part of our team. In this role, you will be tasked with conducting preliminary assessments for patients, supporting various operational areas within the clinic, and ensuring outstanding customer service. This position is a full-time, permanent opportunity that offers avenues for professional development and advancement.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Perform initial assessments on patients prior to their appointments with the Optometrist
  • Deliver exceptional customer service and assist with clinic functions

Qualifications:

  • Previous experience in a customer-facing role, ideally within a retail environment
  • A strong enthusiasm for customer service and patient support
  • Proficiency in using technology and computer systems
