Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled and dedicated Physiotherapist to join our team at pt Health. As a Physiotherapist, you will play a vital role in providing exceptional patient care and contributing to the success of our outpatient rehabilitation clinic.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement individualized treatment plans for patients with a range of physical rehabilitation needs.
  • Conduct thorough assessments and evaluations to identify patient goals and objectives.
  • Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive and coordinated care.
  • Communicate effectively with patients, families, and healthcare teams to ensure seamless care transitions.
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest evidence-based practices and research in physiotherapy.

Requirements:

  • Graduate degree in Physiotherapy from a recognized university.
  • Registration with the Nova Scotia Physiotherapy Association.
  • Experience working in an outpatient rehabilitation setting is an asset.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
