Physiotherapist - Outpatient Rehabilitation Specialist

Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly skilled Physiotherapist to join our team at pt Health, a leading healthcare provider in Canada. As a Physiotherapist, you will play a vital role in delivering exceptional patient care and contributing to the success of our organization.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans for patients with a range of musculoskeletal and neurological conditions.
- Conduct thorough assessments and evaluations to identify patient needs and goals.
- Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive patient care.
- Communicate effectively with patients, families, and healthcare teams to ensure seamless care coordination.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest evidence-based practices and research in physiotherapy.
Requirements:
- Graduate degree in Physiotherapy from a recognized university.
- Registration with the Nova Scotia Physiotherapy Association.
- Experience working in an outpatient rehabilitation setting is an asset.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
