Account Consultancy Executive

We're seeking a seasoned professional to join our team as an Account Consultancy Executive. As a key member of our client services team, you will be responsible for developing and executing strategic plans that drive business growth and success for our clients.

Responsibilities
  1. Client Leadership: Develop and maintain strong relationships with senior clients, providing trusted guidance and support to drive business growth and success.
  2. Strategic Planning: Define objectives and opportunities for account growth, and lead internal and external partners to deliver against those objectives.
  3. People Management: Demonstrate people management skills, particularly in coaching, mentoring, and managing high-potential junior employees.
  4. Program Delivery: Accountable for the delivery, execution, and quality control of integrated programs from strategy development to project completion.
  5. Marketing Expertise: Must have a solid understanding of integrated marketing (mass, digital, and social campaigns) and agency processes needed to execute campaigns.
  6. Collaboration: Partner with Strategy, Creative, Media, and Production teams to collaborate on client proposals and deliver results-oriented programs.
  7. Presentations: Develop and deliver strategic and creative presentations with senior client representatives and global senior marketing peers.
  8. Estimates and Forecasting: Lead development of project estimates and manage estimates through to project completion in partnership with Project Management teams.
  9. Forecast Planning: Manage and contribute to forecast planning on assigned clients.
  10. Strategic Recommendations: Develop and present strategic recommendations and creative concepts in partnership with Strategy, Creative, Media, and Production teams.
  11. Platform Expertise: Demonstrated experience and passion for strategy with an understanding of key platforms in the space (TikTok, Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, Snapchat).
  12. Media and IAT Collaboration: Experience in working with media and external IAT agencies to collaborate on planning, developing client programs, and trafficking.
  13. Communication and Organizational Skills: Strong listening, communication (oral and written), and client service-driven expertise, with excellent organizational skills and the ability to multi-task multiple projects.
  14. Technical Skills: Proficient in all MS Office programs with an emphasis on Excel and PowerPoint.
