Hotel Front Desk Agent

We are seeking a highly skilled and customer-focused Hotel Receptionist to join our team at Days Inn. As a key member of our front desk team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service to our guests, ensuring a smooth and enjoyable stay.
Key Responsibilities:- Guest Registration: Register arriving guests, assign rooms, and provide information on hotel facilities and services.
- Complaint Resolution: Investigate and resolve guest complaints and claims in a professional and courteous manner.
- Front Desk Operations: Process group arrivals and departures, take, cancel, and change room reservations, and balance cash and complete balance sheets.
- Customer Service: Provide general information about points of interest in the area, assist clients/guests with special needs, and maintain an inventory of vacancies, reservations, and room assignments.
- Communication: Answer telephone and relay telephone calls and messages, and provide exceptional customer service to our guests.
Requirements:
- Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
- 7 months to less than 1 year of experience in a similar role
- Permanent employment
- English as the primary language of work
- 38 hours per week
