Job Title: Hotel Receptionist

We are seeking a highly skilled and customer-focused Hotel Receptionist to join our team at Days Inn. As a key member of our front desk team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service to our guests, ensuring a smooth and enjoyable stay.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Guest Services: Register arriving guests, assign rooms, and provide information on hotel facilities and services.
  • Complaint Resolution: Investigate and resolve guest complaints and claims in a professional and courteous manner.
  • Front Desk Operations: Process group arrivals and departures, take, cancel, and change room reservations, and balance cash and complete balance sheets.
  • Communication: Answer telephone calls, relay messages, and provide general information about points of interest in the area.
  • Customer Service: Provide exceptional customer service, assist guests with special needs, and maintain a positive and welcoming atmosphere.

Requirements:

  • 7 months to less than 1 year of experience in a similar role.
  • Permanent employment.
  • Fluent in English.
  • 38 hours per week.
