Key Responsibilities- Manage staff and assign duties to ensure efficient operations
- Plan budgets and monitor revenues and expenses to ensure financial stability
- Resolve issues that may arise, including customer requests, complaints, and supply shortages
- Recruit, hire, and supervise staff and/or volunteers to ensure a skilled and motivated team
- Plan, organize, direct, control, and evaluate daily operations to ensure smooth and efficient service delivery
- College, CEGEP, or other non-university certificate or diploma from a program of 1 year to 2 years
- Or equivalent experience
