Hotel Operations Manager

Celadon Lodge is seeking a skilled Hotel Clerk Supervisor to join our team. As a key member of our front desk team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional guest service, managing daily operations, and leading a team of hotel clerks.
Responsibilities:- Guest Services: Assist guests with special needs, coordinate room assignments, and ensure a smooth check-in and check-out process.
- Team Management: Hire, train, and supervise hotel clerks, ensuring they have the necessary skills and knowledge to provide excellent guest service.
- Operations: Maintain the operation of computer systems, equipment, and machinery, and arrange for repairs to ensure business continuity and customer service delivery.
- Supply Management: Requisition materials and supplies as needed to maintain a well-stocked front desk and guest services area.
- Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate or equivalent experience.
- Work Experience: 3 years to less than 5 years of experience in a hotel or hospitality setting.
- Language: Fluency in English.
- Work Environment: Fast-paced environment with a large workload and standing for extended periods.
- Attention to Detail: Accurate and organized with a focus on delivering excellent customer service.
- Communication Skills: Excellent oral and written communication skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
- Flexibility: Ability to adapt to changing situations and priorities.
- Relocation: Relocation costs not covered by employer.
- Work Schedule: 40 hours per week.
