Hotel Operations Manager

Celadon Lodge is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Hotel Clerk Supervisor to join our team. As a key member of our hotel operations, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth day-to-day running of our hotel, providing exceptional guest service, and leading a team of hotel staff.
Key Responsibilities:- Guest Services: Assist guests with special needs, provide information on hotel facilities and services, and resolve any guest complaints or issues.
- Staff Management: Co-ordinate, assign, and review work for hotel staff, hire and train new staff members, and maintain a positive and productive work environment.
- Operations: Maintain the operation of computer systems, equipment, and machinery, and arrange for repairs to ensure business continuity and customer service delivery.
- Supply Management: Requisition materials and supplies as needed to ensure the hotel's operational needs are met.
- Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate or equivalent experience.
- Work Experience: 3 years to less than 5 years of experience in a hotel or hospitality environment.
- Language: English is the primary language of communication.
- Work Hours: 40 hours per week.
