Hotel Operations Manager

About the Role:
Celadon Lodge is seeking a skilled Hotel Operations Manager to oversee the daily operations of our hotel. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth running of our hotel, including managing staff, coordinating tasks, and maintaining high standards of customer service.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and coordinate the work of hotel staff, including hiring, training, and performance evaluations.
- Oversee the maintenance of hotel facilities, including equipment, machinery, and computer systems.
- Develop and implement policies and procedures to ensure efficient operations and high-quality customer service.
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless communication and coordination.
- Monitor and control expenses, including labor costs, supplies, and maintenance.
Requirements:
- 3 years of experience in hotel operations or a related field.
- Excellent leadership and communication skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and make sound decisions under pressure.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Fluency in English.
