Restaurant Operations Manager

We are seeking an experienced Manager on Duty to join our team at The Italian Osteria & Cheesebar in Langley. As a key member of our service team, you will be responsible for ensuring all daily activities run smoothly and efficiently.
Key Responsibilities:- Lead the service teams by example and in a supervisory and supportive capacity
- Making guests feel welcome and creating memorable experiences
- Provide exceptional, friendly customer service
- Great product knowledge
- Responsible Beverage Service in accordance with Serving it Right
- Maintain cleanliness and environment standards of the Brewpub
- Delegate tasks and responsibilities to ensure organizational goals are met
- Troubleshoot issues that arise across the Brewpub effectively
- Coach and report on team performance
- Resolve customer complaints, requests, and queries
- Monitor, contribute to, and act on key performance indicators and other targets
- Hours and shifts may vary. Includes working evenings, weekends, and holidays.
- Typical schedule will be 4-5 shifts per week, working 5-8 hours per shift.

Previous FOH experience working as a Server or Bartender is required. Serving It Right and First Aid Level 1 are assets, but not required. A positive, can-do attitude, ability to multi-task, strong communication skills, and organizational skills are essential for success in this role.
