Key Responsibilities- Surface Preparation: Prepare, clean, and sand surfaces to be painted, ensuring a smooth finish.
- Repair and Maintenance: Repair cracks and holes in surfaces, and perform routine maintenance tasks to ensure our properties remain in excellent condition.
- Paint Application: Mix paint to the desired color and texture, and apply it to interior and exterior surfaces, including walls, ceilings, and trim.
- Customer Service: Advise consumers on colors and choice of wall coverings, providing expert recommendations to enhance the aesthetic appeal of our properties.
- Health and Safety: Erect scaffolding and swing stages, and attach rigging, ensuring a safe working environment for yourself and others.
- Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
- Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a related field.
- Language: Fluency in English.
- Work Term: Permanent position.
- Hours: 30 hours per week.
