Concrete Finisher - Surface Specialist
Job Summary:We are seeking a skilled Concrete Finisher to join our team at Patterned Concrete Ontario. As a Concrete Finisher - Surface Specialist, you will be responsible for applying and finishing concrete surfaces to meet the desired quality and aesthetic standards.
Responsibilities:- Apply and finish concrete surfaces using hand and power tools to achieve the desired finish.
- Install anchor bolts, steel plates, door sills, and other fixtures as required.
- Apply hardening and sealing components to cure surfaces.
- Waterproof, damp proof, and restore surfaces to meet quality standards.
- Repair, resurface, and replace worn or damaged sections of concrete structures.
- Read and interpret blueprints, maps, drawings, and specifications to ensure accurate application of concrete finishes.
- Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
- 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in concrete finishing.
- Ability to work in a physically demanding environment.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain quality standards.
- Excellent oral communication skills and ability to work in a team environment.
