We are seeking a skilled Concrete Finisher to join our team at Patterned Concrete Ontario. As a Concrete Finisher, you will be responsible for imparting a desired finish to concrete surfaces using hand and power tools.
Key Responsibilities- Impart desired finish to concrete surfaces using hand and power tools
- Install anchor bolts, steel plates, door sills and other fixtures
- Apply hardening and sealing components to cure surfaces
- Waterproof, damp proof and restore surfaces
- Repair, resurface and replace worn or damaged sections of concrete structures
- Read and interpret blueprints, maps, drawings and specifications
- Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
- 1 year to less than 2 years of experience
- Physically demanding work environment
- Ability to handle heavy loads
- Attention to detail
- Sound discrimination
- Standing for extended periods
- Permanent work term
- 30 to 44 hours per week
- English language
