Key Responsibilities
  • Welcome visitors and guide them to the appropriate contacts or service areas.
  • Provide essential information to clients and the general public.
  • Collect and process necessary information to deliver excellent customer service.
  • Manage inventory by ordering office supplies as needed.
  • Document and communicate important information effectively.
  • Organize and confirm appointments for patients.
  • Prepare and send invoices to clients.
  • Handle payments, both receiving and issuing as required.
  • Answer phone calls and relay messages promptly.
  • Calculate billing charges accurately.
  • Assist clients with directory inquiries.
  • Provide support services for individuals with disabilities.
  • Deliver exceptional customer service to all clients.
Technical Skills
  • Proficient in electronic medical records management.
  • Skilled in using MS Office applications.
