Exact Match Recruitment is seeking a dedicated Training and Development Specialist to enhance our client's workforce capabilities. This position emphasizes the provision of training for product offerings through diverse methodologies, including virtual learning and face-to-face sessions.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Engage with internal departments and subject matter experts to design and implement educational solutions across various formats.
  • Perform needs assessments and task analyses to formulate effective educational strategies.
  • Evaluate and adapt existing training materials to achieve optimal learning results.
  • Develop practical learning resources and job aids to support training initiatives.
  • Lead product information workshops and demonstrations during training activities.
  • Oversee and ensure the effective operation of the Learning Management System.
  • Provide technical assistance and user support as needed.
  • Keep abreast of current trends in instructional design and adult education methodologies.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to enhance educational practices and tools.

Qualifications:

  • Degree or diploma in instructional design, adult education, or a related field.
  • Experience with original equipment manufacturer (OEM) product lines and development of educational solutions.
  • Proficiency in both English and French is advantageous.
  • Understanding of adult learning theories and instructional design principles.
  • Familiarity with learning authoring tools and educational software.
  • Capability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines efficiently.
  • Experience in leading educational events and workshops.
  • Proficiency in software such as Adobe Creative Suite and Articulate 360.
  • Strong computer skills, including expertise in PowerPoint and Microsoft Office.
