Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist the Operations Manager and Chief Pilot in various operational functions
  • Facilitate daily flight planning tasks
  • Oversee administrative duties within the flight department
  • Prepare monthly and quarterly operational analytics
  • Support hangar and project oversight
  • Serve as a point of contact for visiting aircraft
  • Manage accounts payable while ensuring confidentiality
  • Organize corporate flight schedules and liaise with flight crews and maintenance personnel
  • Coordinate travel logistics, including charter and commercial flights

  • Exceptional communication, problem-solving, and attention to detail skills
  • Highly organized and self-driven
  • Ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines
  • Collaborative team player with outstanding customer service abilities
