Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist the Operations Manager and Maintenance Manager in all aviation-related tasks
  • Facilitate daily flight planning and scheduling
  • Oversee administrative functions within the flight department
  • Prepare and present monthly and quarterly operational summaries
  • Support hangar and project oversight
  • Serve as a point of contact for visiting aircraft
  • Manage accounts payable while ensuring confidentiality
  • Coordinate the scheduling of corporate aircraft and liaise with flight crews and maintenance personnel
  • Organize travel logistics, including both charter and commercial flights

  • Highly organized and self-driven
  • Ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines effectively
  • Collaborative team player with outstanding customer service skills
