PAL Aerospace is currently looking for candidates for the position of Flight Followers.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee flight tracking for all operations;
  • Assess and monitor meteorological conditions;
  • Compile flight and weather briefings for the flight crew;
  • Track passenger and cargo capacities for each flight;
  • Manage the daily flight schedule, ensuring timely updates and information dissemination;
  • Maintain radio communication with all operational flights;
  • Facilitate coordination of ground services, counter operations, and flight crews for arrivals and departures;
  • Organize aircraft assignments and ensure service readiness with maintenance teams;
  • Collaborate with crew schedulers and flight operations while adhering to regulatory standards and procedures;
  • Coordinate passenger and cargo loads with commercial teams to optimize aircraft movement;
  • Supervise the loading and unloading processes with ground operations;
  • During irregular operations, identify alternative solutions to maintain operational success while working collaboratively;
  • Maintain continuous communication with the operations center regarding flight statuses using daily updates and company software;
  • Perform additional duties as required.

Required Qualifications:

  • Proficiency in interpreting aviation weather data is advantageous;
  • A Radio Operator's License is a plus;
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced and challenging environment;
  • Strong attention to detail and excellent organizational skills;
  • Effective written and verbal communication abilities;
  • Capacity to work independently is essential;
  • Familiarity with Microsoft Office applications;
  • Flexibility to work various shifts and adapt to changes in scheduling due to operational needs.
