Job Title: Territory Sales Manager

As a Territory Sales Manager at Sandoz International GmbH, you will be responsible for driving sales growth and market share in the GTA West territory. Your primary objective will be to develop and execute strategies to achieve sales and market share objectives in all pharmacies within the territory.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute sales strategies to drive business growth and market share in the GTA West territory.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with customers to ensure competitive advantage.
  • Develop and manage account-specific development programs to achieve sales targets and plans.
  • Maintain an approved tracking system for the territory, including budget, strategy, and performance metrics.
  • Plan and execute coverage according to plan, segmentation, and objectives.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in a related field of study.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in sales or related fields.
  • Proficiency in MS Office Suite and ease with new technologies.
  • Fluency in oral and written English is required for regular communication with customers, partners, and/or colleagues.
  • Able to cover the territory of the GTA West (Ontario).
  • Have your own vehicle and a valid driver's license.
  • Ability to analyze, produce, execute, and track a territory business plan.
  • Proven ability to rapidly build networks and relationships based on trust and exceptional customer focus.
  • High level of proficiency in negotiation skills as well as the ability to manage objections and adversity.
  • Demonstrated ability to work effectively in a cross-functional team.
