Education and Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field or equivalent experience

Key Responsibilities:

  • Strategically allocate resources to implement organizational policies and programs, ensuring effective utilization of human, material, and financial assets
  • Authorize and establish major departments and senior staff positions, fostering a culture of excellence and accountability
  • Coordinate the work of regions, divisions, or departments, promoting collaboration and synergy
  • Establish and communicate organizational objectives, formulate policies, and approve programs that drive growth and success
  • Represent the organization in official functions, negotiations, and external partnerships, ensuring a strong and positive reputation
  • Select and develop middle managers, directors, and executive staff, empowering them to excel in their roles and contribute to the organization's mission

Work Experience and Requirements:

  • Minimum 1 year of experience in a senior leadership role, with a proven track record of success in education services or a related field
  • Permanent employment with a flexible schedule of 30 hours per week, allowing for a healthy work-life balance
  • Fluency in English, with the ability to communicate effectively with diverse stakeholders
