Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Executive Director - Operations to join our team at Embassy Transportation Inc. As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of our organization, ensuring the efficient allocation of resources, and driving business growth.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement strategic plans to achieve business objectives
  • Lead and manage a team of 16-20 people, providing guidance and support to ensure their success
  • Collaborate with senior staff to establish financial and administrative controls, formulate promotional campaigns, and approve human resources planning
  • Represent the organization in negotiations and official functions, delegating authority to middle managers and directors as needed
  • Ensure the organization's objectives are met, and policies and programs are implemented effectively
Requirements
  • 3 years to less than 5 years of experience in a similar role
  • Strong leadership and management skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a team
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with stakeholders
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, with a strong focus on results and continuous improvement
