About the Role

The Ecommerce Business Analyst is a key member of our team, responsible for leading business analysis and reporting for our e-commerce channel. This role requires a strong analytical mindset, excellent communication skills, and the ability to derive insights from data to inform business decisions.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and maintain e-commerce reporting, including sales, share, and marketing performance reports.
  • Analyze data to identify trends and underlying performance drivers, providing actionable insights to inform business strategies.
  • Conduct competitive analysis and market research to stay ahead of the competition and identify emerging trends.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date item-level shipment forecasts for Amazon.
  • Deliver ad-hoc reporting to support business evaluation and analysis, providing data-driven recommendations to drive business growth.
  • Develop presentations to communicate insights and recommendations to senior leaders and other stakeholders.
Requirements
  • University degree in business, economics, or mathematics.
  • Strong business communication skills, with the ability to distill complex data insights into actionable recommendations.
  • Analytical and deductive reasoning skills, with the ability to think strategically and solve complex problems.
  • Relevant business experience in business analysis, preferably in consumer packaged goods (CPG) and/or e-commerce.
  • Proficiency in reporting and forecasting tools, including MS Office.
  • Intermediate to advanced MS Excel experience.
  • Familiarity with Retail Link and Amazon Vendor Central is an asset.
