Key Responsibilities:

  1. Deliver key performance targets for online sales channels.
  2. Oversee day-to-day operations of online sales channels, including product management, supply chain facilitation, digital marketing planning, and spend management.
  3. Develop and implement strategies to accelerate sales growth of online business.
  4. Collaborate with internal stakeholders and agency partners to plan, execute, and optimize digital marketing programs.
  5. Monitor digital marketing and sales performance metrics, providing insights and recommendations for continuous improvement.
  6. Work with cross-functional teams to ensure e-commerce strategies align with overall business objectives.
  7. Represent SC Johnson as an e-commerce expert both internally and externally.

Required Skills and Education:

  1. University degree required (essential), preferably in business or marketing.
  2. Relevant business experience, preferably in consumer goods and/or e-commerce.
  3. Excellent communication and presentation skills.
  4. Strong analytical and critical thinking skills.
  5. Effective ability to drive collaboration within a cross-functional setting.
  6. Proficiency in conflict resolution, negotiating, and project management.
  7. Proficiency with reporting and forecasting tools (e.g., MS Office).
  8. Familiarity with digital marketing platforms and e-commerce tools is an asset.

Remote work is available for eligible positions.
