Position Overview:

The E-Commerce Associate Manager (Contract) at SC Johnson plays a pivotal role in enhancing sales performance across various online platforms, including major retailers and delivery services. The ideal candidate will be tasked with formulating and executing strategies aimed at increasing online sales and market share, while also spearheading media initiatives to elevate brand presence and optimize overall performance.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Achieve significant performance targets for online accounts.
  • Manage daily operations of e-commerce accounts, including product listings, supply chain coordination, promotional planning, and budget oversight.
  • Design and implement strategies to drive sales growth in both online-only and multi-channel environments.
  • Collaborate with internal teams and external partners to plan, execute, and refine media programs.
  • Analyze media and sales performance data, offering insights and recommendations for ongoing enhancement.
  • Work with cross-departmental teams to ensure e-commerce initiatives align with broader business goals.
  • Act as an eCommerce authority representing SC Johnson in various settings.
Qualifications:
  • A university degree is required, preferably in business or marketing.
  • Relevant experience in consumer packaged goods (CPG) and/or e-commerce is preferred.
  • Exceptional communication and presentation abilities.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Proven capability to foster collaboration in a team-oriented environment.
  • Skills in conflict resolution, negotiation, and project management.
  • Proficiency in reporting and forecasting tools (e.g., MS Office).
  • Familiarity with retail analytics and vendor management systems is advantageous.
