About the Role

We're looking for a results-driven sales leader who can drive profitable business growth and revenue expansion through effective management of our sales team. As a key member of our senior leadership team, you'll be responsible for developing and executing sales strategies, building strong industry relationships, and identifying new business opportunities.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute sales strategies to drive revenue growth and expansion
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including clients, partners, and internal teams
  • Lead and manage a high-performing sales team to achieve sales targets and goals
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities through networking, market research, and industry analysis
  • Collaborate with marketing and business development teams to develop and execute lead generation strategies
Requirements

We're looking for a sales leader with a proven track record of success in technology consulting and managed services. You'll need to have:

  • 10+ years of increasing responsibility in sales leadership roles
  • Extensive experience developing and driving sales strategies, including ensuring alignment on selling key managed services, consulting resources, products, or practices
  • Proven record of developing and supporting high-performing sales teams
  • Natural ability to network with the IT sales community and attract top sales professionals
  • Cloud, Security, Data Analytics, Dynamics, Security, and Managed Services expertise
  • Proven track record of building and maintaining key business relationships with partners and clients
