Job Summary

As a Director, Sales and Strategy, you will be responsible for leading and overseeing the sales and strategy efforts for Payments & Cash Management in Commercial Banking. This role requires a strong understanding of the banking industry, excellent leadership and management skills, and the ability to drive revenue growth and improve client satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities

Lead and manage a team of sales professionals to achieve sales targets and improve client relationships

Develop and execute sales strategies to drive revenue growth and improve client satisfaction

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify business opportunities and develop solutions

Analyze market trends and competitor activity to inform sales strategies

Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including clients, partners, and internal teams

Requirements

3-4 years of experience in the banking industry or a related field

Strong knowledge of Payments & Cash Management and Deposit products/services

Excellent leadership and management skills, with the ability to motivate and develop a team

Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships with clients and internal stakeholders

Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities
