Position Overview

As an Instrumentation Maintenance Technician at OLYMPIC CONTROLS, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the reliability and efficiency of our instrumentation systems. Your expertise will be vital in maintaining high operational standards.

Qualifications
  • Education: Completion of a college, CEGEP, or equivalent program lasting 1 to 2 years.
  • Experience: A minimum of 2 years and up to 3 years in a related field.
Work Environment

This position involves working at various locations, requiring a valid driver's license for transportation.

Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct inspections on the functionality of instruments and systems.
  • Repair and adjust components within the systems.
  • Prepare and finalize maintenance and testing reports.
  • Remove and replace any defective parts as necessary.
  • Calibrate instruments and components to ensure accuracy.
  • Establish testing and maintenance protocols.
  • Install new measuring instruments to enhance operational capabilities.
  • Perform scheduled preventive maintenance tasks to minimize downtime.
Certifications

Holding an Industrial Instrument Mechanic Trade Certification and/or Instrumentation and Control Technicians (Red Seal) is essential for this role.
