About the Role

We are seeking a skilled Maintenance Technician to join our team at Kelly-Boy Maintenance Inc. As a key member of our maintenance team, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our facilities.

Key Responsibilities
  • Perform routine maintenance tasks, including repairs to heating, cooling, and electrical systems
  • Advertise and manage vacancies for contractors and maintenance personnel
  • Supervise and assist other maintenance staff as needed
  • Ensure compliance with safety and security protocols
  • Perform other duties as assigned by management
Requirements
  • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate or equivalent experience
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to lift heavy loads and work in a fast-paced environment
Work Environment

This is a permanent, full-time position with a 30-40 hour workweek. The successful candidate will be required to work in a fast-paced environment and be able to lift heavy loads.
