Job Title: Administrative Assistant

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Administrative Assistant to join our team at Safety Plus. As an Administrative Assistant, you will provide administrative support to our team, ensuring the smooth operation of our office.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Administrative Support: Provide administrative support to our team, including answering phone calls, responding to emails, and maintaining accurate records.
  • Scheduling: Schedule appointments, meetings, and events, ensuring timely and efficient communication with stakeholders.
  • Communication: Develop and maintain effective communication with colleagues, clients, and external partners, ensuring clear and concise information exchange.
  • Organizational Skills: Maintain a high level of organization, prioritizing tasks, and meeting deadlines to ensure seamless office operations.
  • Technical Skills: Proficient in MS Office, Google Drive, and other relevant software, ensuring efficient data management and record-keeping.
Requirements:
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • Experience: 7 months to less than 1 year.
  • Skills: Excellent communication, organizational, and technical skills, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Work Environment:
