In the role of Automotive Claims Specialist, you will serve as the initial point of contact for our clients during critical moments. Your primary responsibility will be to provide outstanding customer support, guiding them through the claims process, conducting thorough investigations, and determining the most appropriate course of action.
To effectively address our clients' needs, you will be required to work on a rotating shift schedule from 8am to 5pm, Monday through Friday.

Key Responsibilities:
- Assist clients throughout the claims process by investigating their automotive collision claims and addressing their needs.
- Adhere to company policies and industry regulations, ensuring best practices are followed while taking ownership of customer outcomes.
- Work independently in a digital workspace.
- Engage in continuous training to stay updated on best practices in claims management.
- Contribute to special projects and provide insights to enhance Aviva's commitment to delivering an exceptional customer experience.
Qualifications:
- Experience in customer service (e.g., retail, hospitality, etc.)
- Bilingual skills are advantageous.
- Strong verbal and written communication abilities.
- Proficiency in navigating a digital environment and completing online tasks.
- A curious mindset with a focus on improving processes to enhance customer satisfaction.
- A commitment to contributing positively to our organizational culture and values.
