Food Service Supervisor

Swad The Taste of India is seeking a highly skilled Food Service Supervisor - Team Lead to join our team. As a key member of our culinary team, you will be responsible for ensuring the highest quality of food and service to our customers.
Key Responsibilities:- Establish Methods to Meet Work Schedules: Develop and implement efficient work schedules to meet the demands of our restaurant.
- Supervise and Coordinate Activities: Lead and direct the activities of our food preparation and service staff to ensure seamless execution of our menu.
- Train Staff: Provide comprehensive training to our staff on job duties, sanitation, and safety procedures to maintain a clean and safe working environment.
- Estimate Ingredients and Supplies: Accurately estimate the quantity of ingredients and supplies required for meal preparation to minimize waste and optimize inventory.
- Quality Control: Ensure that all food and service meet our high quality standards, adhering to health and safety regulations.
- Customer Service: Address customer complaints and concerns in a professional and courteous manner, providing exceptional service to maintain customer satisfaction.
- Record Keeping: Maintain accurate records of stock, repairs, sales, and wastage to inform business decisions and optimize operations.
- Reporting: Prepare and submit regular reports to management on key performance indicators and areas for improvement.
- Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
- Experience: 7 months to less than 1 year of experience in a similar role.
- Language: English.
- Work Hours: 30 hours per week.
