Job Summary:

We are seeking a seasoned professional to fill the role of Senior Fraud Product Consultant at TransUnion LLC. As a trusted provider of global information solutions, we aim to optimize risk-based decisions and empower consumers to manage their personal information.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Utilize subject matter expertise in Fraud & Anti-Money Laundering to develop and implement effective fraud prevention strategies.
  • Collaborate with customers to deliver customized solutions that meet their unique business needs.
  • Support sales teams in identifying new business opportunities and driving revenue growth.
  • Work closely with internal teams to enhance product performance and drive business results.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business or a related field.
  • Minimum of five years of experience in client support or a related field.
  • Strong analytical and technical skills, with the ability to analyze complex data and develop effective solutions.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to effectively communicate with customers and internal stakeholders.
  • Ability to work on multiple tasks with different deadlines and prioritize tasks effectively.
