Key Responsibilities
  • Lead the sales and distribution strategy for the Prince George distribution center, maximizing volume and revenue in a direct store delivery go-to-market environment.
  • Coach and lead a team of sales professionals and frontline employees on selling and display execution and merchandising standards.
  • Develop a strong talent pipeline of Frontline Supervisors for export to larger roles within PepsiCo.
  • Cultivate strong relationships with key customers in the region.
  • Activate local and national marketplace initiatives and promotions to build brand development and maximize brand performance.
  • Effectively lead delivery and merchandising operations through consistent delivery and merchandising standards in a Geo-Box environment.
  • Effectively lead the warehouse and facility management operations.
  • Develop, motivate, and lead a large team of employees.
  • Ensure the team delivers volume and revenue results while managing costs.
Requirements
  • Post-Secondary Education, preferably in Business.
  • Demonstrated people leadership capability with a commitment to coaching and development.
  • Professional accomplishments that reflect self-motivation and initiative.
  • Solid leadership and interpersonal skills required.
  • Demonstrated analytical and math skills required to build key insights for quarterly and annual operating planning and previous experience managing a large scale P&L.
  • Strong communication and presentation skills required.
  • Strong change management skills required.
  • Consumer products experience in a direct store delivery environment required.
  • Demonstrated computer proficiency.
  • Demonstrated problem-solving skills.
  • Five years of people leadership required, preferably in a sales environment.
  • Possess a valid driver's license and own vehicle.
