Liquor Store Sales Associate

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Sales Representative to join our team at Samz Pub. As a Sales Representative, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and ensuring a positive shopping experience for our customers.
Key Responsibilities- Operate Cash Register: Accurately process sales transactions and handle customer payments.
- Provide Advice: Offer expert advice on our liquor products and services to customers, ensuring they find the perfect solution for their needs.
- Perform Data Entry: Maintain accurate records of sales transactions and customer interactions.
- Provide Customer Service: Respond to customer inquiries, resolve issues, and provide a high level of customer satisfaction.
- Assist in Display of Merchandise: Help to create visually appealing displays of our products and services.
- Conduct Sales Transactions: Process sales transactions through our electronic commerce system.
- Greet Customers: Welcome customers and engage with them to understand their needs and preferences.
- Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate or equivalent experience.
- Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a sales or customer service role.
- Language: English.
- Work Hours: 30 to 35 hours per week.
