Sales Director/Business Development Manager for LATAM

About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Sales Director/Business Development Manager to lead our business growth in the Latin America market. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of opening new businesses and closing deals in the region.

Key Responsibilities

  • Identify and develop new business opportunities and ventures that align with our product lines.
  • Develop and manage a pipeline of leads and opportunities, from initial contact to contract negotiation and closure.
  • Meet sales targets by successfully closing business deals.
  • Conduct high-level conversations with senior business executives and government officials for prospective business and partnership creation.
  • Conduct market research and make strategic business development plans.

Requirements

  • 10+ years of experience in opening new businesses in LATAM and closing deals.
  • 4+ years of experience in C-UAS sales to the Governmental Market in LATAM.
  • Fluent in Spanish and Portuguese.
  • Proven experience in successfully opening subsidiary companies and business units in LATAM.
  • Vast experience in consulting and/or dealing with Brazilian importation taxation systems.
  • Familiarity with regulatory processes of importing dual-use C-UAS systems to LATAM key countries.
  • Bachelor's degree (mandatory), MBA (preferred).
