Business Development Manager

About the Role
We are seeking an experienced Sales Director/Business Development Manager to lead our business growth in the Latin America market. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of opening new businesses and closing deals in the region.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify and develop new business opportunities and ventures that align with our product lines.
- Develop and manage a pipeline of leads and opportunities, from initial contact to contract negotiation and closure.
- Meet sales targets by successfully closing business deals.
- Conduct high-level conversations with senior business executives and government officials for prospective business and partnership creation.
- Conduct market research and make strategic business development plans.
Requirements
- 10+ years of experience in opening new businesses in LATAM and closing deals.
- 4+ years of experience in C-UAS sales to the Governmental Market in LATAM.
- Fluent in Spanish and Portuguese.
- Proven experience in successfully opening subsidiary companies and business units in LATAM.
- Vast experience in consulting and/or dealing with Brazilian importation taxation systems.
- Familiarity with regulatory processes of importing dual-use C-UAS systems to LATAM key countries.
- Bachelor's degree (mandatory), MBA (preferred).
